We regret to inform you that we can no longer ship items from Kenna’s Cosmic Collection (including apparel, blankets, and similar merchandise) to the EU.
This change applies only to the Cosmic Collection line. All other products, such as stickers, crystals, tarot stands, bowls, and more, remain unaffected and can still be ordered and shipped as usual. If an item is not part of the Cosmic Collection category on our site, it is not impacted by this update.

U.S. Customs is currently experiencing processing delays. This is due to the inconsistent and sudden changes in exemptions and tariffs. This is not an isolated issue and impacts all packages entering the U.S.A. Please anticipate longer-than-usual customs clearance timelines, as they are currently incredibly overwhelmed. You may notice via your tracking that your package may exceed the expected delivery date. This is beyond our control; however, we are doing everything in our power behind the scenes to ensure you receive your items intact and in a timely manner. This is an ever-changing climate that we are all adapting to, and we appreciate your understanding.

As you are likely aware, a "little" trade war has been ongoing worldwide, affecting businesses large and small, as well as consumers, and, most importantly, our loyal customers.
For some time now, to help mitigate the financial impact on our US-based customers, we have been covering all US duties, import fees, and tariffs in the background on shipments from Canada to our US-based customers. These payments, made by us, aim to shield our US-based customers from this contentious trade war. The decision to cover these costs was a deliberate choice we made when tariffs were introduced.
As a small Canadian business, we are uncertain whether our approach can be sustained, and if so, for how long. While we continue to monitor the tariff situation daily for clarity and facts, we have made a conscious decision to maintain our current approach regarding the payment of all US-based import duties, fees, and tariffs.
Unfortunately, one consequence of our approach will be the suspension of freebies being included with all orders due to the impact of the order County of Origin (CoO) on the calculation of duties, fees, and tariffs. We hope to revisit this at a later time.
