An imperfect crystal may show fractures, cracks, pits, spots, uneven polish, or small chips from natural growth, mining or shaping. Some may lack rarer traits like high clarity, flash, or bold banding.
Please read our FAQ for any questions.
Crystals are naturally unique, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. The photos shown are examples of the available pieces. When you purchase a quantity of 1, you will receive one crystal. Size, colour, and shape may vary from the images provided.
If the option you select is a number (for example, 111), you will receive one crystal at that price point. Variations in colour and shape are expected, but quality and value are always consistent. It is very unlikely that staff can provide the exact crystal shown in the example photo. Please do not request this.
If you select an option that is a letter (for example, A), you will receive the exact crystal shown in the photo.
Wish I could have taken a longer video of this, but these were such a sweet surprise. I've always wanted an agate slab and I regretted not getting a lilac calcite so I'm so glad that one was included. Rose quartz and kunzite are always lovely to have too! And yes that quartz piece was so unique and cool looking!
As part of my first order I wanted to give one of the 33 mystery imperfects a try and I was pleasantly surprised to receive this rose quartz palm stone that is perfect to me! I cannot find anything imperfect about it and I am seriously in love!
Always excited and super happy with what I get with the surprise imperfect pieces. The intuition is on point because I always recieve something that fits into things I currently need/working on and have yet to be disappointed in my orders.
I gota piece of two tone grape agate! So excited.
I received what I believe is a clear quarts palm stone. Ots so pretty with the “crack” in the middle casting rainbows. Also that sucker is heavy!
