Kenna's Crystals is a small, hands-on business, and every message is read with care. Whether you need help with an order, have a question about a crystal, or just want to reach out, we're happy to hear from you.

Please read our FAQ before submitting a ticket.

If you check out using the Checkout or Shop button directly from the cart page, you'll see an "Add a tip" section below where you choose your payment method. That option only shows up when you're using our standard checkout.

If you check out with PayPal, Google Pay, Sezzle, or other express payment options, the tip section won't appear. Those methods use their own checkout flow instead of ours, so we don't have a way to add tips there.

If you believe the tip option should be visible but isn't, please email us a couple of screenshots and let us know which device you're using and whether you're logged into a Shop account. We're always happy to look into it and make sure everything's working properly, and we truly appreciate you letting us know.

Yes! You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order using the Order Editing Feature on your order status page in your Account dashboard.

After that window closes, your order will be locked in and moved into our packing queue. Please reach out to Customer Service ASAP if you need to change your address and your order is no longer editable.

No, but we’ll always try our best to choose something close. Products are chosen intuitively and on a first-come, first-serve basis, unless crystals are specifically lettered (e.g. A, B, C), in that case, you’ll receive the exact specimen shown.

Yes, we are thinking about it! Your interest means a lot. Sometimes the bracelets we receive don't meet our quality standards, and we'd rather not list them for sale if they don't fit the Kenna's Crystals vibe.

Keep an eye out, drop bracelet suggestions in our Discord, and sign up for emails to be the first to know when bracelets are available again.

Our artist is currently working on these designs! We do all our art by hand without AI, so it takes time to create the magic. Thank you for your patience. Join our Discord to be the first to know when they're released.

Yes! Post a clear photo and video in our Discord, and someone from our team or community will help you identify it.
