Tanzanite has a striking violet-blue glow that shifts toward indigo and burgundy in different light, a pleochroic dance found nowhere else on Earth. Discovered in Tanzania in 1967 and found only there, it is one of the youngest gemstones in the world. A rare, regal crystal.
