It was very hard to tell what was the Luxury Packaging vs the actual box itself so I ended up cutting it open in a haphazard manner
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that the experience wasn't up to par for you. I’ve forwarded your review to Dan in customer service. Please feel free to reach out to him directly if you don’t hear back via email, in case it gets lost.
Obsessed with my order!
Love the incognito packaging. In a way, I wish this was the default because it makes me less worried a "porch pirate" will steal my boxes.
Quality packaging
Not as much tape/wrapping as I expected for a "Luxury Gift Packaging" but everything inside was amazing and made it safely so thats what matters most
