Order Notes
You are welcome to include order notes at checkout to share your general preferences—like favourite colours, crystals, or the kind of energy you’re drawn to. Sharing a few likes and dislikes helps guide the intuition behind your curation.
We truly care about your preferences and always do our best to include them. However, because each Pick Box is a unique surprise, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. Kenna puts a lot of love and care into curating each box just for you, and the real magic comes from trusting the process and letting her surprise you. Thank you for your trust, as always.
A Note on Customs
For customs purposes, an invoice must be included with your order. To preserve the mystery, we recommend resisting the urge to peek until your box arrives.

I absolutely love having surprises and Kenna‘s pick box is a perfect option! I let her know a few things of what I liked and she was able to surprise me with some really nice treasures! I would do it again in a heartbeat!
I didn’t get anything in my notes and have no idea what crystals I actually got. I don’t feel connected to anything in this box, but I still appreciate the time and effort. I guess I’ll try to see if I have better luck next time.

I have just reviewed your order from September 20th (KC28427), and unfortunately, I was unable to find any notes saved from your cart or the Pick Box form on the product page. Since I can see older order notes from earlier this year, I believe there may have been a technical issue this time around. I’m so sorry this happened, and I completely understand how disappointing it must be not to know what’s inside your box.
We’ve also recently opened a Discord community, which includes a Crystal Identification channel. It’s a supportive space where members help each other learn about new crystals, so that might be a great resource as you explore your new items, if you decide to keep them.
