PROCESSING, SHIPPING, & DELIVERY WORLDWIDE!

All orders are processed, and shipped as soon as possible. There is a maximum 20 business day processing time depending on order volume. Kenna's Crystals restocks sell out very fast, resulting in hundreds of orders requiring processing. This is why the processing time can be longer than anticipated. Orders placed at the beginning of restocks should expect to receive their orders in a much shorter time frame. 

If orders are required more urgently, express processing is available as an addon product, which will put an order in a priority processing queue.

After the processing of your order is complete, the package will be shipped by UPS in most cases, however Canada Post is available to some locations. All orders, excluding sticker orders, come with tracked shipping, to ensure customers, and our Customer Service team, can easily track orders.

Some packages may require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home on delivery day you may receive a notification to collect your package. If you fail to collect your package from the carrier and it is returned to us after a mandatory hold period, you will not receive a refund of any kind. In the instance that the package is returned to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for a redelivery at your expense.
 
Our orders are packed with care using bubble wrap/tissue paper/reusable bags/peanuts to ensure all the crystals arrive safely.

We do our best to ensure that your crystal babies arrive safely. Should they be damaged during shipment, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement product.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. These are all determining factors to the shipping costs, which, unfortunately, can not be controlled as they are automatically generated through the courier. When combining multiple orders for shipment under one tracking number, no refund will be issued on shipping on individual orders. To optimize shipping costs, place one order, not multiple orders.

In Canada we collect and remit applicable sales taxes depending on the shipping destination. These taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. In the case of some international destinations / jurisdictions, we are authorized to collect and remit sales taxes. These taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

Where authorized, we may collect international duties, import taxes, or any other charges that may be applicable. Import duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees may be collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, any international duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
