EU SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT
Because of new European Union Customs Reform rules taking effect July 1, with a second phase on November 1, Kenna's Crystals will not be able to ship to EU countries for now. Between VAT, duties, line-item fees, and the way couriers handle collections, the import costs landing on you have become extremely high and, in many cases, deeply unfair. We never want you to be surprised by painful fees or feel punished for supporting the shop.
If you are in the EU and have ordered, watched restocks, shared videos, or welcomed Kenna's crystals into your spaces, please know we will miss you so much. This is not goodbye. Kenna and the team will keep searching for a better, more transparent way to ship to you, and Kenna will share any new options right away through email and social media.
Thank you, truly, for every bit of love you have sent from the EU. We hold so much gratitude for you, and we hope this is not a goodbye but a "see you later."
