Each Pick Box is a thoughtfully chosen crystal box designed to feel abundant and meaningful, with the total value of the items inside always meeting or exceeding the price of your box, so every unboxing delivers true value and a memorable collector moment.

On the item page, you can add order notes with general preferences such as favourite colours, crystal types, and the kind of energy you are drawn to, plus a few likes and dislikes to help guide Kenna's curation. Kenna genuinely considers your notes, but because each Pick Box is a curated surprise, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.

For customs, an invoice must be included with your order. To keep the surprise intact, we recommend not reading it until your box arrives.
